Three Fountains Assetco (Pty) Ltd is the special purpose vehicle established to own, develop and operate Three Fountains Mall. The SPV holds the property asset and is the contracting entity for all development, leasing and operational agreements.
The SPV structure ring-fences the project, providing clarity of ownership and governance throughout the development and operational phases of the centre.

Assegai Assetco (Pty) Ltd is the developer behind Three Fountains Mall. Assegai identified the opportunity in Saul Mkhizeville, assembled the development programme, secured anchor and national tenants, and is responsible for delivering the project from inception through to opening.

Turnkey contractor
MET Builders is appointed as the turnkey contractor for Three Fountains Mall, responsible for the full construction of the centre from bulk earthworks and foundations through to practical completion.
MET Builders mobilised on site in March 2026 and is executing the construction programme against the milestone schedule, targeting practical completion and handover in early 2027 ahead of the March 2027 opening.
