Three Fountains Assetco (Pty) Ltd is the special purpose vehicle established to own, develop and operate Three Fountains Shopping Centre. The SPV holds the property asset and is the contracting entity for all development, leasing and operational agreements.
The SPV structure ring-fences the project, providing clarity of ownership and governance throughout the development and operational phases of the centre.

Turnkey contractor
MET Builders is appointed as the turnkey contractor for Three Fountains Shopping Centre, responsible for the full construction of the centre from bulk earthworks and foundations through to practical completion.
MET Builders mobilised on site in March 2026 and is executing the construction programme against the milestone schedule, targeting centre completion on 1 May 2027.
