Data Deletion Instructions
Effective date: 16 September 2026
Request deletion of your Three Fountains information
These instructions apply to personal information held for Three Fountains Shopping Centre enquiries and applications, including information received through our Meta/WhatsApp integration. In Meta, the connected application may be named N8N.
You do not need to log in to Meta or create an account with us to submit a request.
How to make a request
Email [email protected] with the subject Data deletion request — Three Fountains.
Please include:
- Your name and the email address or WhatsApp number you used to contact us, including the country code for a telephone number.
- Your business name or application reference, if available.
- Whether you want us to delete your WhatsApp enquiry information, withdraw and delete an application, or consider deletion of all personal information we hold about you.
- A contact address for our response.
Where possible, send the request from the email address used for your application. If you no longer have access, explain that in the request. Do not include passwords, access tokens, bank records or a full identity-document copy with the initial request.
What happens next
We will acknowledge the request, verify your identity and authority proportionately, identify the records concerned and assess what can lawfully be deleted. If you act for another person or a business, we may need evidence of your authority. A name, telephone number or application reference alone may not establish entitlement to another person's records.
We will explain any additional information needed, the expected handling time and any relevant limitation. Once the request has been addressed, we will confirm the outcome. A receipt acknowledgement is not confirmation that deletion has been completed.
Where deletion is appropriate, we will remove, destroy or de-identify the relevant information under our control and instruct applicable service providers as required. If information must be retained for a legal obligation, an existing tenancy, a dispute or another lawful purpose, we will explain the reason and restrict unnecessary further use. Limited records may be kept to demonstrate that the request was handled or to honour an opt-out.
Important distinctions
- Deleting a WhatsApp conversation on your phone does not necessarily delete copies held by us or by Meta.
- Removing an app or business integration from your Meta account, where available, does not necessarily erase information already received by the business.
- Replying STOP requests an end to optional follow-ups; it is not a request to erase an application. You can request both separately.
- Withdrawing an application does not automatically erase every associated record, particularly where lawful retention is necessary.
- We cannot delete records held independently by Meta or another provider for its own purposes. Use that provider's privacy controls or request process for those records.
Do not post deletion requests containing private information in public comments. If you do not receive an acknowledgement or need a progress update, follow up at [email protected] using the original email thread.
